MY WORK

I provide consulting services for employee engagement, helping make sustainability part of everybody's job.

For employers: I work with employers to create top-down programming to engage the entire workforce in sustainability. By integrating employee engagement with existing sustainability goals and strategies, supporting the development of green teams, and using change management to communicate more effectively, I help create a culture of sustainability in any organization.

For job seekers: I work with job seekers to help them divest their talent from destruction. A tightening labor market, impossibly high expectations for past experience, low supply, overwhelming demand, and a lack of transferable professional skills are keeping thousands of people from landing their dream jobs in sustainability. My 1:1 climate career coaching services can help anyone make the transition to a climate job and align professional energy with planetary boundaries.
