MY WORK
I provide consulting services for employee engagement, helping organizations make sustainability part of everybody's job. I work with employers to create top-down programming to engage the entire workforce in sustainability, and with employees to create bottom-up initiatives to make every job a climate job. I use change management, communities of practice, and green skilling to transform sustainability into a cultural value everybody feels responsible for and empowered to contribute to.
