I work at the intersection of employee engagement, environmental sustainability, leadership development, green skilling, and community management. I believe that in order to address the climate crisis with sufficient speed and scale, we need to empower every worker to find the unique contributions they can make with their experience, skills, and employer’s resources. I have 15 years of experience working in sustainability across the tech, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. I am an experienced program manager with a specialization in community organizing, culture and change management, and leadership development. I bring these disciplines together to help organizations become more sustainable.
