"How I Built This" with Drew Wilkinson, MCJ Collective + Climate People
The traditional path to getting a climate job is to quit your current job and apply for the one you want, but this path is out of reach for many frustrated job seekers. Instead, I encourage people to think of this process as a dial you turn over time, rather than a switch you flip instantaneously. And by organizing with your colleagues and pushing your current employer to put more resources into sustainability, you may be able to get that crucial experience in your current role, and eventually get a climate job where you already work.
